SNAKES ON THE GO

Snakes on the Go is a mobile off-shoot of Toronto's wildly popular Snakes & Lattes board game restaurant and bar. Snakes on the Go is an ideal event for companies looking to reward employees for outstanding performance or encourage team building and creative thinking.

Snakes on the Go will come to your boardroom, conference centre, or banquet hall (you provide the venue, and we provide the fun), and give your employees an experience they won't forget.

Option 1: Free Play

Once our Game Experts arrive, they display some games on the table for your guests to choose from.

We provide the games that you select, and if we don't have them, we provide something similar! We are of course able to make suggestions based on the things they would like.

Once most people are set up and playing games, we circulate the tables and make sure people are clear on the rules of what they're playing. When the time comes, we suggest the next game to play!

About the games

We have several different families of games!

The Co-Op Games include games like Pandemic, Thanos Rising, and Cahoots in the family. The Team Vs. Team Games include Codenames, the Resistance, and Wavelength. The Ice Breaker Games include games like Spot It, Say Anything, and Snake Oil in the family. The Easy Games include titles like Vegas, Can’t Stop, and Battles Sheep. The Meatier Games includes Catan, Stone Age, and Flamecraft. The Trivia Games include Timeline and Five Second Rule. Our Silly Games include Taco Goat Cheese Pizza, Happy Salmon, and Exploding Kittens in the family. You have plenty of choice for each family, so check out our library!

Option 2: Team Building

During the first 30 minutes of the Team Building, our Game Experts will introduce the group to a series of our breadstick games as an icebreaker/warm-up.

The group will then have 90 minutes to play some of our purely co-operative games. The party will need to be divided into groups of 4-6 people.

The last hour of the event will be an opportunity to play team-based games.

About the games

Simple games include Cahoots, So Clover, the Mind, the Game, Forbidden Island and Just One. Moderate games include Forbidden Desert, Menara, Horrified, and the Crew.

More complex examples would include Pandemic, Flash Point and Horizons of Spirit Island.

The team-based games would be Codenames, Wavelength, Banned Words, Taboo, Pictionary, and Catch Phrase.

Option 3: Game Olympics

Nothing brings people together like a little friendly competition, and the Board Game Olympics have that in spades! You group your people into roughly even teams (somewhere from 4-8 people per team works best, but we are flexible). During the competition, each team will send a member to play each game and try to bring home the gold!

Our Game Experts will run your participants through a series of fun, fast games, and the winner of each game will be logged. The team that racks up the most wins by the end of the event is declared the winning team!

We also provide some of our faster, quick-to-pick-up strategy games for those looking for more cerebral competition. Games such as Indigo, Ingenious, Splendor, Coup, Cartagena, and others.
